Located on top of Hill in head of Tom's branch of Troublesome Creek, Ary, Ky
Best way to get there is to go through Lost Mountain Mining Complex by telling guards where you are going. 
By taking the correct turnoff you go around the mountain and then up a steep grade of road to it. A fairly good road leads to it.
