Upchurch, Freda J. age 56 of Vicco passed away Tuesday, Oct 15 at home. Preceded in death by her parents Charlie and Eliza Caudill. She leaves surviving her husband Phillip Upchurch of Vicco, Ky, 1 son Keven Brent Lewis of Delphia 1 daughter Tammy Jo Salley of Vicco 2 sisters Trena Ann Caudill of Viper, Patricia Davidson of Hazard; 6 brothers Charles Caudill, James Caudill, Bobby Caudill, Daniel Caudill, all of Viper, Wayne Caudill of Slemp, Ricky Caudill of Lexington; 3 grandchildren, 1 great grandchildren.   Funeral services were conducted Thursday, Oct 17 at Vicco Baptist Church  with Ronald Davidson officiating. Burial in the Caudill Cemetery, Viper. Maggard Brothers Funeral Home in charge of arrangements.
