Bradley,  Fannie was born August 15, 1904. Fanny was blessed by two children Willard Ritchie and Helen Bradley Collins. She was married twice, once to Brian Ritchie and last to Press Bradley. Then on May 2, 1990 Fannie passed on to go join her loved ones in a peaceful place.

Combs, Homer-With much sadness we would like to write an obituary and testimonial in honor of our dad, Homer Combs of Winchester, Kentucky, formerly of Knott County. He was the son of the late Pearl and Lillie Combs of Knott County. He was born January 24, 1916, and after a long battle with cancer departed his life on earth on July 22, 1992.On June 13, 1938 he married Beatrice Martin, formerly of Knott, County. To this union was born 4 sons; Charles Ray, Buford, James and Robert "Bob" Combs, and 1 daughter Clairece Combs Campbell, all of Mt Sterling, Ky. This union was divided in 1969. Dad later married Linda Wagers Holland. they had one daughter Barbara Lynn Combs of Winchester. He is also survived by a brother Vernon Combs and four sisters, Gertrude Draughn, Beatrice Combs, and Herma Gayheart, all of Hindman. Two brothers and one grandson preceded him in death. Dad had been in the church many years when he withdrew his membership, after which he spent several years not being with him as much as we would have liked. The one thing that we all have to be thankful for is that Dad did start going to church again. Our family was reconciled, but most important, Dad made his peace with God and was baptized im May 1992 at the Mt Sterling Old Regular Baptist Church. What a joyful day that was. After Dad's cancer got so bad, he just wanted to be able to walk so he could go to church. In June he had pin surgery to help strengthen a thigh bone, but his body was just not strong enough to survive, and in just four weeks the cancer totally raged his body. Dad's funeral service was ministered by Brothers Billy Cotton Jimmy Hall, Coy Combs and Ralph Howard. Dad was laid to rest in the Martin Family Cemetery at the Mt Sterling Old Regular Baptist Church Mt. Sterling, Kentucky. The nature side of us miss him so much, but we are all thankful that we had the last few months to spend with him, and that we could at last see him at peace. We must rejoice that he suffers no more, for he has new legs to walk on God's shore.

Sexton, Andrew & Zina Pack Sexton--It is with a lonely heart, I will with the help of my Heavenly Father write the obituary of our dear Mother and Father. Andrew Sexton and Zina Pack Sexton. Dad was born November 28, 1906and passed away to a better home October 24, 1985. He was the last surviving son of the late Green and Amanda Wicker Sexton. Mom was born February 22, 1908 to the late Stanly and Minerva Standord Pack of Boones Camp, Kentucky. She was called to her better home November 17, 1991. They were blessed with 6children of whom 5 remain here on earth. One son Edgar Ray Sexton died at the age of 8 years in 1947. They are survived by 1 son Donnie Sexton of Paris, Kentucky. Four daughters, Christine Stumbo of Drift, Kentucky; Pauline Rice of Richmond, Ind; Lucille Mae Prestonsburg, Kentucky; and Judith May Lexington, Kentucky. Ten grandchildren and 13 great-grandchildren one sister each, Margie Sexton Bradshaw, of Kentucky and Lizzie Pack Shelton of Indiana. We miss them very much, but we know that our loss is heaven's gain. Mom had been a member of the old beaver regular Baptist church for about 60 years. Dad was also a member of the same church. Our parents were kind and loving. They taught us to respect for all people and respect and love for each other. Our friends could always come and visit anytime and were always made welcome. They lived at Drift, Kentucky all of their married life. We miss them very much, but we can take joy in knowing they don't have to suffer any more and we can see them again in Heaven if we live for the Lord and do his will. We will hear Him say, "Good Morning Child, Welcome to This Brand New City" when our life is over. I say to all my family "Accept the Lord as your personal Savior and have the Peace that only He can give you in your heart. Prepare to see Mom and Dad in their New Home. It can be your Home too. Mom and Dad's life here was a living testimony for their children.
